Returns
Tabatha Frilleigh can offer a refund or exchange on items that are returned unworn and with tags still attached when returned to us with your unique Returns Reference Code. You must email us for a return code within 7 days of receipt of goods to qualify for a refund and your unwanted item/s must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods. If you do not email or contact us for a return code within 7 days of receipt of goods you cannot return your item to us for a refund. If you miss the 7 day period you may be offered an exchange or credit voucher for items returned late but you must email us before sending your return items.
To return items to us please email us with your full name, original order reference number and reason for return. We will then send to you via email a unique Returns Reference Code which you must include with your return parcel, items returned without a Return Reference Code will not be refunded. Return the unwanted purchase including a note detailing your Returns Reference Code, name, address and telephone number to the following address -

Items must be returned at your own cost. We regret that we cannot refund the cost of postage once orders are despatched. Once the returned goods have been received we will process your refund from which the original payment was made.

Trading Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”)
1. Introduction
1.1 IF YOU ARE A CONSUMER YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT
WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS OF DELIVERY. FOR FURTHER INFORMATION SEE
CLAUSE 8.1 BELOW.
1.2 Nothing in these T&Cs affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1.3 We may change these T&Cs at any time. Please check them carefully whenever you make a purchase.
2.1 Payment is in advance by paypal on our website. We will only process payments if we obtain authorisation from our customer.
2.2 The price for the goods you order is stated clearly on our site. VAT is not included unless we say otherwise. We may change the price of goods at any time before you send us your order.
2.3 If an item has been incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to supply the item only at the correct price. If we become aware after you place your order that a price is wrong, we will give you the option of re-ordering the item at the correct price or cancelling your order.
2.4 Delivery is charged extra at the rate specified when you place your order.
3. Your order
3.1 Your order is an offer to buy from us. Please check your order carefully to ensure it is correct.
Please supply us with all necessary information relating to the goods you order within a
sufficient time to enable us to perform this contract.
4. Acceptance
4.1 A binding legal contract will not come into existence between us until the point when we accept your order by despatching the goods. This means that until that happens we may decline to supply the goods to you, for example due to unavailability. Nothing else that we do or say will amount to acceptance of your offer.
5. Unavailability
5.1 If any goods are unavailable, we will notify you of the unavailability as soon as possible and will arrange for a full credit from the account that has been debited.
6 Ownership
6.1 Property (i.e. ownership) of the goods shall not pass to you before we have received cleared payment for the goods.
6.2. Right to cancel
If you are a consumer, as defined in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right within 7 working days of delivery of goods to cancel the contract by letter (by hand or post) or email to us.
If you cancel, you must immediately return the goods together with the invoice to the above trading address at your expense by recorded delivery post (keeping proof of your despatch)
7. Data protection
7.1 Any personal information collected from you is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
General
8.1 These T&Cs shall be governed by English law and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.
8.2 If any part of these T&Cs is deemed ineffective for any reason, the remainder shall continue and shall in full force.
8.3 A person who is not a party to this agreement shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement.
8.4 Neither party is liable for failure to perform or delay in performing any obligation (excluding payment) under this agreement if the failure or delay is caused by any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
