Delivery          

Within the UK

We aim to deliver your purchase within one week of receiving your order and cleared funds.

Postage and packing charges within the UK vary depending on the weight of your order. All orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class or signed for delivery if requested.You will be notified by email when we dispatch your order.

Royal mail will leave a card if you are not at home to accept the parcel.

Tracking numbers are obtained and all parcels must be collected from the Post Office within 7 days if there is no one home to receive it,otherwise they get sent back to us. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct address - if an address is incomplete or incorrect the customer will be required to pay for the re-delivery.

International

Items will be sent by Air Mail delivery. Unless other wise requested. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched.If you are not at home your local post office will leave a card for you to collect the parcel within a set time otherwise it will be sent back to us.You may obtain the tracking number from us to monitor your parcel. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct address and post code.If an address is invalid or needs to be redelivered the customer will be required to pay for the service.

If any order exceeds the minimum kg as above you will be contacted for instructions and payment on the charges for the extra postage or courier.
